摘要
目的观察脂多糖(LPS)腹腔注射后大鼠认知功能的变化。方法将18只雄性SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C三组,分别腹腔注射LPS 6、12 mg/kg及生理盐水。通过Morris水迷宫测定大鼠的学习和记忆能力的变化。结果与C组相比,在LPS腹腔注射后2、4、8、16和24 h,B组登台潜伏期明显延长,靶象限停留时间明显缩短(P<0.05);而A组仅在LPS腹腔注射后8 h时登台潜伏期延长及靶象限停留时间缩短(P<0.05)。与C组相比,在LPS腹腔注射后36 h,B组靶象限停留时间缩短,穿台次数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论LPS 12 mg/kg腹腔注射后可引起大鼠认知功能障碍。
Objective To investigate the effect of intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on cognitive function in rats. Methods Eighteen male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 rats each. The rats in group A were injected intraperitoneally LPS 6 mg/kg, those in group B 12 mg/ kg and those in group C normal saline as the controls. The changes of learning and memory ability were measured by Morris water maze. Results Compared to group C, the escape latency to the plate was significantly longer and the of time spent in the target quadrant was significantly shorter in group B at 2, 4, 8, 16 and 24 h after LPS injection(P〈0. 05), so did in group A at 8 h after LPS injection(P〈0.05). Compared to group C, the escape latency to the plate and the of time spent in the target quadrant in group B were significantly less at 36 h after LPS injection(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of 12 mg/kg LPS can induce cognitive impairment in rats.
