摘要
目的由于干湿化学检测结果无可比性,目前国内存在同一实验室同一检测项目有两种不同的检测结果和不同的参考区间。为解决这个问题,以湿化学为标准来校准干化学回归方程的回归参数,使干湿化学检测同一项目的检测结果无明显差异井使用同一参考值。方法随机收集60例临床血清标本,分别用日立7170和强生VITROS950同时测定血清ALT和AST的活性,分析参数改变前后两组结果的相关性和检测结果的一致性。结果参数改变前两个转氨酶两种方法所得结果相关性良好(r=0.9865和r=0.9554),但两个转氨酶两种方法检测结果的预期偏差(SE)分别是14.378和20.5666远大于允许偏差(EA=12)。SE不在允许偏差范围内。化学参数改变后两个转氨酶两种方法所得结果相关性良好(r=0.9919和r=0.9988),两个转氨酶两种方法检测结果的SE分别是2.428和2.1693,远小于EA/2。SE在允许偏差范围内。结论化学参数改变后干化学和湿化学两种检测方法测定血清标本中的ALT和AST的活性,其结果元明显差异,具有良好的相关性,并且干湿化学可使用同一参考值,对临床疾病诊断和治疗有实际的应用价值。
Objective The results of dry and liquid biochemical test is not comparable, at present, there are two different test results and different range of reference existe in the same laboratory testing the same project in our country. To solute this problem, make liquid biochemical detection standard to calibrate the return parameters of dry biochemical detection regression equation ,so the results of dry and liquid biochemical detection in the same project has no significant difference and use the same reference value. Methods Random collected 60 cases clinic serum samples,detected activity of ALT and AST by Hitachi 7170 and Johnson vitros 950 respectively at the same time,analyzed the correlation and consistency of the results in change the parameters before and after. Results Before changing the chemical parameters, the results of two aminotransferase by both methods was good correlation(r= 0. 986 5 and r= 0. 955 4),but expected deviation(SE) of two aminotransferase was much greater than allow deviation (EA= 12). SE was not in allowed deviation range. After change the chemical parameters ,the results of two aminotransferase was good correlation(r=0. 991 9 and r= 0. 998 8),SE of two aminotransferase was 2. 169 3 and 2. 428,far less than the EA/2. SE was in allow deviation. Conclusion After changing the chemical parameters,the results of ALT and AST had no significant difference and good correlation by dry and liquid biochemical detection. Dry and liquid biochemical detection used the same reference value. It is a practical application for clinical diagnosis and treate diseases.
