摘要
以转K7型转向架副构架质量为目标函数,以C级铸钢的静强度为约束条件,根据TB/T1335—1996所规定的货车转向架部件强度的试验载荷,对副构架进行结构优化设计,采用降低弯矩和变形量的设计方法,以提高副构架结构的静强度。优化方案副构架最大等效应力较原方案降低13.96%-34.69%,结构刚度和应力趋于均匀,副构架静强度满足设计要求。
Taken the mass of deputy frame of deputy frame radial bogie as object function, and the static strength of C steel material as restrictive conditions, the structure of the deputy frame is optimized based on the strength test loading according to TB/T1335 - 1996.3he design method to reduce the configuration bend and deformer is adopted, so as to improve the static strength of deputy frame. Compared with original model, the max equivalent stress of optimized deputy frame is reduced 13.96% - 34.69%, its structure stiffness and stress distribution tends to be uniform, and the static strength of deputy frame conforms to the design request.
