催化油浆缩合残油调合减渣制备道路沥青研究 被引量:12

摘要 催化裂化(FCC)油浆富含芳香分,是生产重交道路沥青的理想调合组分。但由于FCC油浆缩合程度低,主要作为一种软组分与其他组分调合生产高等级道路沥青,而多数企业缺乏的是调合沥青的高软化点硬组分。为此,本研究在油浆中加入交联剂进行交联缩合反应,缩合后的油浆通过减压蒸馏拔头得到的馏后残油直接与减压渣油调合得到道路沥青。油浆交联缩合正交试验结果表明:以油浆粘度为表征指标,交联缩合反应受交联剂量的影响最大,反应温度次之,反应时间影响最小。油浆交联缩合后重组分含量增大,减压拔头后的残油与减压渣油按一定比例调合,沥青的低温性能得到改善,可以生产出符合要求的70号及90号道路沥青。与固态粉末状过氧化物作交联剂相比,本研究所用交联剂交联效果更好,可得到更优质的道路沥青。 Fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) slurry with a high content of aromatics is the ideal blending component for paving asphalt. However, FCC slurry is mainly used as the lower softening point fraction to produce high -grade road asphalt with other fractions due to its low condensation degree, and most refineries are short of hard fractions with high softening point. Therefore, the crosslinking agent is added to the slurry for condensation reaction, and then the condensed slurry goes to the vacuum distillation to remove light components and blends with vacuum residue to produce paving asphalt in this study. The orthogonal design experimental results indicate that: according to the viscosity of slurry, the amount of crosslinking agent is the most important factor for the condensation reaction, followed by reaction temperature and time. The heavy fractions content in FCC slurry increased significantly after condensation, and the conventional performance of paving asphalt can be improved by blending vacuum distillated condensed slurry with vacuum residue. No. 70 and No. 90 paving asphalts can be produced by this technology. Moreover, better quality of paving asphalt was obtained using liquid crosslinking agent compared with solid powder peroxide crosslinking agent.
