摘要
高职院校学生是一个特殊的社会群体,低年级时面临着由中学生到大学生的过渡,高年级时面临着由大学生到就业者的过渡。心理也由不成熟、不稳定到逐步成熟与稳定,因此适时适度地对大学生进行"两过渡"的教育与指导就显得尤为重要。
Vocational college students are a special social group.Low-grade college students face the transition from secondary school students to college students;high-grade college students face the transition from the college students to employees.Their mental state changes from immature to mature step by step.So it is particularly important carry out the＂two transition＂education and guidance.
