摘要
提出了一种基于IFS(Iterative function system)系统的语音编码新方法。该方法根据语音段频率的不同,对语音信号采用自适应分段,提高恢复语音质量,并引入了预搜索匹配策略,利用语音段之间的相关系数在映射区间集内进行预搜索,排除大量不相似的区间,减少编码时间。实验表明,该方法在提高编码速度和改进恢复语音质量上效果较好。
A new speech coding method based on the iterative function systems (IFS) is proposed. The method improves the quality of the reconstructed speech by adaptive partition speech according to different frequencies. Meanwhile, a pre-searching matching strategy is introduced to search and exclude dissimilar intervals in the mapping interval set by the correlation coefficients among various speech sections. Experimental results show that the method has obvious advantages for increasing the coding speed and improving the quality of the reconstructed speech.
