摘要
垃圾焚烧电厂会对环境和人类健康造成危害,特别是会产生渗滤液、酸性气体、二噁英、重金属等有毒有害物质。在此针对各污染因子提出了现阶段先进的污染防治措施,并对今后可进一步发展的污染防治措施进行了探讨。
There are some harmful effects on environment and health of refuse incinerating plant, especially the effects of emitted leachate, acid gases, dioxins and heavy metals. This paper presented the advanced prevention and control measures for every pollution factors at this stage, and discussed the more effective measures in the future.
