摘要
研究了新显色剂4-(对甲氧基苯氨基重氮基)-4′-硝基偶氮苯(简称PMADNA)与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,以Triton X-100为增溶增敏剂,该试剂与镉(Ⅱ)形成稳定的2:1棕色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于583nm处,表观摩尔吸收系数ε为1.32×10^5L/(mol·cm),镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0-0.8μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律,所拟方法操作简便,灵敏度高,选择性好,用于废水样品中微量镉(Ⅱ)的直接测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法一致。
The colour reaction of a new reagent 4-(p-Methoxyphenyaminodiazo)-4′-nltroazobenzene(abbreviated as PMADNA below) with cadmium(Ⅱ) was studied. The results showed that a brown complex was formed in the presence of Triton X-100 and in a medium of borax-NaOH buffer of pH 11.0. The absorption maximum was found at 583 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.32 ×10^5L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed for cadmium(Ⅱ) in concentration the range of 0-0.8 μg/mL. The method is simple and the sensitivity is high. The method has been applied to determine cadmium(Ⅱ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
