摘要
目的观察苦石莲不同提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀法研究抗炎作用,用热板法和扭体法研究镇痛作用。结果苦石莲醇提取物8 g/kg、氯仿提取物4,8 g/kg对小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀有抑制作用;苦石莲醇提取物4,8 g/kg、氯仿提取物4,8 g/kg能减少冰乙酸致小鼠扭体次数和提高热板致痛小鼠痛阈值。结论苦石莲具有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the extract of Caesalpinia minax Hance on mouse ear edema, rat paw swelling and analgesia activity. Methods The inflammatory reaction model of mouse ear edema engendered by overlaying the dimethylbenzenc on the auricle and rat paw swelling induced by injecting carrageenin to the toes, pain produced by injeeting the glacial acetic acid to abdomen in mouse and hot plate. Results The ethanol extract (8 g/kg) and the chloroform extract(4 g/kg and 8 g/kg) of C. minax depressed the mouse ear edema and inhibited the rat swelling extent obviously. The ethanol extract (4 g/kg and 8 g/kg) and the chloroform extract(4 g/kg and 8 g/kg) of C. minax reduced the stretching times significantly and improved pain threshold. Conclusion The extract of C. minax has notable effect of anti - inflammation and analgesia.
