浅析360度绩效考评在我国企业中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 360度绩效考评虽然是一种新兴的管理评价方法,但由于它能够真实全面、客观有效地对员工的绩效进行考评,所以现在越来越多的国际知名大企业开始应用。目前,我国的一些企业也开始采用这种评价方法,但是一些公司花巨资进行360度反馈评价,却收效甚微,甚至适得其反。本文通过对360度绩效考评在我国企业当中的应用现状进行分析,指出问题的原因所在,并提出解决问题的措施。
