摘要
介绍一种应用于医疗仪器上的液面检测系统。该系统采用单针作为检测探头,基于电容法的电路结构,包括振荡电路、滤频电路、RC电路等。使用超低功耗单片机MSP430F2013作为主控芯片,用其高精度AD模块测量单针探头电容的变化来判断单针探头是否接触液面,同时采用移动平均算法消除温漂和外部干扰信号对检测结果的影响。本系统通过了实验的验证,已广泛应用于各种医疗仪器。
In this paper, an introduction is given to the contact liquid surface detection system, which is used in medical instrument. The system uses a single needle to detect. The circuit structure based on the capacitance method consists of oscillating circuit, filter frequency circuit and RC circuit. The master is MSP430F2013, a low power consumption chip. Through detecting the capacitance value of single needle with high-precision AD module of MSP430F2013, it can judge whether the needle contacts the liquid surface. The moving-average arithmetic is uesd to eliminate the external disturbance. The system has been testified and can be widely used in many medical instruments.
