摘要 根据滚磨光整加工工艺的特点,应用模糊综合评判和分层决策法,把滚磨工艺加工设备的选择分成两个层次。首先根据零件形状、尺寸等选择出滚磨设备形式,再根据设备成本、加工效率等选择具体设备型号。建立了设备选择的评判模型,并用实例验证了此方法的合理性。 Based on the characteristic of centrifugal barrel finishing, equipment selection of centrifugal barrel finishing is divided into two steps by utilizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multi-level decision model. Firstly, selecting the form of centrifugal barrel finishing equipment based on the shape and size of workpieces; secondly, selecting the type of equipment based on the equipment costs and processing efficiency. The fuzzy evaluaton models for the equipment selection are established, and the method is testified by an example.
