Preparation and Corrosion Inhibition Performance of Imidazoline Quaternary Ammonium Salt Modified by Plant Gelatin Powder

摘要 从环保、经济和应用角度,利用天然高分子F691胶粉接枝阳离子咪唑啉季铵盐,对其进行改性,合成了一种新型高效酸缓蚀剂FNP-I。结果表明,在1mol/L盐酸,60℃条件下,投加25mg/LFNP-I,缓蚀率可达到97%以上,在3mol/L盐酸,60℃条件下,投加2000mg/L,缓蚀率可达到93%以上。FNP-I具有非常好的缓蚀性能,同时具有较高的性价比,市场应用前景良好。 A new corrosion in-hibitor FNP-I was prepared by grafting powder of natural macro-molecule F691(a plant gelatin) onto imidazoline quaternary ammo-nium salt.The inhibition performance of the inhibitor was evalua-ted.Results show that an inhibition efficiency of above 97% is obtained when the synthetic inhibitor is added with a dosage of 25 mg/L in 1 mol/L HC1 at 60 ℃.In a concentrated 3 mol/L HC1 solution at 60 ℃,an inhibition efficiency of above 93% was ob-tained when the synthetic inhibitor was added with a dosage of 2 000 mg/L.It indicates that the synthetic inhibitor which has an excellent inhibition efficiency and a good performance-to-cost ration,is promising in market application.
