摘要
培训的根本目的是学以致用,切实提高员工的工作技能,为企业营造良好的组织氛围,使其能更好地适应外部环境的变化。本文尝试分析培训存在的相关问题,并提出一些建议。
The training primary purpose is studies for the purpose of application, enhances staff's workmanship practically, builds the good organization atmosphere for the enterprise, enables its to adapt the external environment change well. This article attempts the analysis training existence the related question,and puts forward some proposals.
