摘要
以玉米品种‘掖单13'和‘丹玉13'为试材,通过大田试验研究供试玉米的初生根和第1层至第9层次生根中的铁、锰、铜、锌和钠等元素的含量。结果表明:玉米根系中铁、锰、铜、锌和钠元素的平均值分别为6469,185,22,14,884mg/kg。玉米初生根中的铁元素与次生根相比其含量较低,锰、铜、锌和钠元素的含量较高,高于各次生根中的含量。玉米同一品种的不同类型根中各元素含量之间存在差异,不同品种相同类型根中的各元素含量存在相关关系。
Two maize cuhivars 'Yedan-13' and 'Danyu-13' were grown in a field trial to determine their contents of trace elements Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and Na in the primary and secondary roots from the first to ninth layers. The results showed that the contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and Na averaged 6 469, 185, 22, 14, 884 mg.kg-l in the roots. The primary roots in the maize cultivars contained lower Fe element than the secondary roots but higher Mn, Cu, Zn and Na. The contents of elements in roots of different types varied in the same cultivar, and there was a correlation between the contents of elements in the same layer of roots in different cultivars.
