摘要 建立了准双曲面齿轮传动成形法大轮齿面的数学模型,该数学模型不包含机床调整参数,仅与齿轮和加工刀盘的几何结构参数有关。在大轮轴截面内描述空间齿面啮合的接触点迹线,根据点啮合齿面主动设计原理和方法,得到了成形法大轮准双曲面齿轮传动点啮合齿面主动设计的计算公式。提出了一种检验点啮合齿面主动设计过程和结果正确性的理论方法,并提供了用于检验的计算公式。最后,给出了一个成形法大轮准双曲面齿轮传动点啮合齿面主动设计与理论检验的算例。 A mathematical model for the tooth surface of the nongenerated (formate) gear of the hypoid gear drive was established. This model without machine settings is only related to the geometrical parameters of the work gear and the cutter head. The locus of spatial tooth contact points on the gear tooth surf'ace was described on the axial plane of the gear. According to the principle and the method for the function-oriented design of point-contact tooth surfaces, the formulae for the design of the tooth surfaces of a hypoid gear drive with the formate gear were presented. A theoretical method for the verification of point-contact tooth surfaces was proposed and the formulae for the verification were presented. An example was given to demonstrate the function-oriented design and the theoretical verification of point-contact tooth surfaces of the hypoid gear drive with the formate gear.
