Effects of Insitol Deficiency on Digestive and Immune Function of Juvenile Jian Carp(Cyprinus carpio var.Jian)

摘要 为研究幼建鲤的肌醇缺乏症及其缺乏对幼建鲤消化功能和免疫功能的影响,试验选择体重为(10.31±0.04)g的健康幼建鲤360尾,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复60尾鱼,分别饲喂含肌醇0和450 mg/kg的纯合饵料,试验期80 d。结果表明,肌醇缺乏导致幼建鲤呈现体表出血糜烂、鳍条糜烂等症状;增重和摄饵量极显著降低(P<0.01);饵料系数极显著升高(P<0.01)。肌醇缺乏极显著降低了肠道和肝胰脏重量和蛋白质含量(P<0.01);极显著降低了肠道胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、肌酸激酶、碱性磷酸酶和Na^+,K^+-ATPase活性(P<0.01);极显著降低了攻毒前肾脏和脾脏重量,攻毒后存活率和血清补体C3、C4、类IgM含量、酸性磷酸酶、总铁结合力、凝集素效价和溶菌酶含量(P<0.01)。综上所述,肌醇缺乏可导致幼建鲤的消化和免疫功能降低。 This study was designed to determine the effects of insitol deficiency on digestive and immune function of juvenile Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Jian). In trial, three hundred and sixty juvenile Jian carps with initial body weight of (10.31 ± 0.04) g were randomly allocated to 2 groups (with 3 replicates and each replicate had 60 fish) fed with purified diet containing insitol 0 or 450 mg/kg for 80 days. The results showed that, insitol deficiency symptoms of juvenile Jian carp were observed, such as body surface hyperaemia and fin erosion. The insitol deficiency significantly decreased the weight gain and feed intake, and significantly increased the feed conversion ratio (P〈0.01). The intestine, hepatopancreas weight and protein content were significantly decreased by insitol deficiency (P〈0.01). The activities of trypase, chymotrypsin, lipase, amylase, alkaline phosphatase, Na^+ , K^+ -ATPase, γ-glutamyl transferase and creatinkinase in intestine were all significantly decreased by insitol deficiency (P〈0.01). The insitol deficiency significantly decreased the kidney, spleen weight before challenge and the survival rate, activity of serum complement C3, C4, IgM-like, acid phosphatase, total iron binding capacity, lectin titer and lysozyme after challenge (P〈0.01). These results indicated that insitol deficiency resulted in the depres- sion of digestive and immune function of juvenile Jian carp.
