摘要
临床实习作为医学高等教育的重要组成部分,对医学生将来的职业生涯发挥着不可估量的重要作用。采用量化管理模式,即建立一套完善的量化"教"与"学"的客观评价标准,来明确"教"与"学"的目标,可以规范教学行为,提高临床实习质量。
As a significant part of the advanced medical education, the clinical internship has an undoubted inestimable effect on students' future career. The application of quantitative administration by building up an objective evaluation criteria of "teaching" and "learning", can improve the effect of students' internship.
