摘要
目的:探讨仿真教学在眼科见习中的应用价值及效果。方法:研制眼科见习仿真教学软件。将参加眼科见习的162名医学本科生随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组见习采用传统的病例示教方式授课,实验组采用病例示教,病例不足时运用见习教学软件进行仿真化教学。比较两组示教的病种数、学生的考试成绩、听课的难易度及对教学方式的满意度。结果:实验组学生在平均学时内见习的病种多于对照组,考试成绩及听课的难易度、对教学方式的满意度调查结果均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:仿真教学能够对传统的见习教学模式进行有益的补充,可有效地增加学生动手操作的机会,有利于眼科见习教学质量的提高。
Objective: To study the application and effect of simulation teaching method in novieiate of ophthalmology. Methods: The simulation teaching software was compiled by using an e-book programming software. 162 medical undergraduates participating novieiate of ophthalmology were randomized into control and trial groups. The novieiate of control group was instructed by the traditional method of demonstration. In trial group, however, the simulation teaching system was used when the cases for demonstration were insufficient. Comparisons were made on the ease categories demonstrated, mean score of examination, the ability of acceptance and the content on the teaching patterns between the two groups. Results: The ease categories demonstrated were more in trials than in control group. The mean score, the ability of acceptance and content on the teaching patterns were all higher in trials than in control group (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion : The simulation teaching method can provide more operating opportunities to students, which will make beneficial supplement to the traditional teaching pattern and improve the teaching effect of noviciate in ophthalmology.
