摘要
分析了产品个性化定制系统的现状,对现有系统进行了分类并指出了有待改进之处。结合数控机床产品特点,分析了面向该类产品的外观定制系统的功能需求,提出了基于功能的外观定制模式。建立了数控机床外观定制系统的总体框架,基于功能的模块划分和可视化界面是实施定制的基础,定制实施采用选配定制和调整定制相结合的手段。基于Quest3D平台,研究了实现定制系统的几项关键技术。最后以数控纵切自动机床为例进行了模块划分,并进行了系统功能和界面的开发,验证了定制系统的可行。
The status of current customization systems is analyzed. These systems are categorized and then advices for improvements have been given. Based on its feature, function requirements of appearance customization systems for such machines are discussed, the customization pattern based on function is also presented. The system structure is built. Function-based-product-modularization and visual interfaces are the basis for implementation. Selection and alteration are the two adopted customization methods. Based on Quest3D platform, several key technologies are studied. By taking the modularization of CNC Swiss type Automatic Lathe Machine for example, the feasibility of such system is proved, system function and interfaces are also developed.
