摘要
蒙皮拉形是一个复杂的材料成形过程,对其进行工艺参数的优化十分重要。文章阐述了蒙皮拉形中的主要成形缺陷,并将这些缺陷进行量化,作为拉形工艺优化的目标函数。分析拉形过程中的主要工艺参数,提出了筛选重要参数的方法,以确定对成形质量起决定性作用的工艺参数。应用响应面法建立了工艺参数与成形质量评价指标之间的函数关系,并采用评价函数法,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,对拉形实例进行了工艺参数的优化。通过有限元仿真以及生产试验,验证了该工艺参数优化方法的有效性与准确性。
Stretch forming of aircraft skin is a complicated sheet metal forming process, so the optimization of process parameters is of significant importance. Defects in aircraft skin stretch forming were described and quantified as objective functions in process optimization. Parameters in stretch forming were analyzed and a method for selecting the main parameters effecting on the product quality was proposed. The objective functions were found by the method of response surface. The multi objective problem was dealt with function evaluation method which transformed the multi-objective problem into a single one. The stretch forming parameters of a practical part with forming difficulties were optimized. Finite element analysis and productive experiment, were carried out to verify the effect and accuracy of the method.
