摘要
准确的备件需求预测是合理有效地进行备件保障各项工作的基础。根据备件寿命的分布类型,即可确定备件的计算模型。简要介绍了舰空导弹电子设备寿命服从指数分布的特点,根据备件的故障率可以有效地指导备件的存储策略,提出了一种基于历史数据的备件故障率计算方法。从备件的历史故障记录信息中计算出备件故障率,通过定义的保障概率,装备中某零部件的机用件数等参数,确定备件的需求数量。最后通过具体案例的应用,对计算方法进行了进一步的说明和检验。
Exact spare forecast is the base of effective spare supporting. According to the distribution type of spare life, the calculation of spares is ascertained. Electronic device life obeys exponential distribution. According to the character that failure rates of spare parts have an effect on its storage, this paper introduces a calculating method for spares fault ratio based on historical data. Steps include:calculate spares fault ratio from historical fault information of spares, ensure the spare requirements quantity through defining support ratio and components of equipments. Finally, give further demonstration and proof the calculation model through particular case applying.
