淡水近乎淹溺后并发急性肺水肿中机械通气的应用

摘要 目的探讨有创机械通气采用呼气末正压（PEEP）＋压力支持通气（PSV）模式在救治淡水近乎淹溺后并发急性肺水肿的应用方法和价值。方法总结淡水近乎淹溺后并发急性肺水肿经常规治疗和有创机械通气（采用PEEP＋PSV模式）治疗18例患者的临床资料。结果15例在3～4d成功撤机．3例1周时成功撤机，18例患者均痊愈出院。结论采用PEEP＋PSV模式机械通气救治淡水近乎淹溺后并发急性肺水肿的临床疗效较好。
