摘要
德育工作在高校教育中是一个非常重要的环节，也是养成大学生人格的重要手段之一。在长期的发展过程中，我国高校德育工作形成了相对稳定的模式、内容及目标要求，对学生的道德教育起到了一定作用。但随着社会的不断发展，高校德育工作中长期积累的观念却使德育教育的效果收效甚微，其中最为突出的表现是缺乏“以人为本”的教育思想。
