Effect of Calcium Oxide in Fly Ash on Compressive Strength of Geopolymers

摘要 在相同激发剂作用下,低钙粉煤灰制备试样的抗压强度随着养护时间延长和温度提高而增大;而高钙粉煤灰制备试样的抗压强度却随着养护时间延长及养护温度提高而下降,甚至表现出很大的体积膨胀,并导致试样粉化破坏。XRD研究表明,高钙粉煤灰中的氧化钙为晶体状态,在反应过程中形成了氢氧化钙而导致体积增大。因此,高钙粉煤灰中的晶体氧化钙对试样抗压强度有害。 On same activators, the compressive strengths of samples prepared by low calcium oxide fly ash increase with curing times and curing temperatures; but that of samples prepared by high calcium oxide fly ash decrease, at some case, the sampies expand and pulverization. XRD shows that the calcium oxide in fly ash is crystal; it forms calcium hydroxide during geopolymerazation. Crystal calcium oxide in fly ash is harmful for geopolymers.
