摘要
对固定化活性污泥磁性微球制备过程中的几个影响因素进行了探讨,得出的最佳条件是;8%的PVA,0.20%的藻酸钠组.成载体溶液,以1:1.25的比率与含3%的活性碳和1.3%的磁性Fe3O4的活性污泥混合,然后在含有CaCl2的饱和硼酸溶液中固化24h,再在NaH2PO4溶液中进一步固化,制得的固定化活性污泥磁性微球表现出较好的强度和COD降解率,为其在污水处理中的应用提供了依据。
The influential factors of preparation of immobilized activated sludge magnetic pills which is used in sewage treatment is discussed. The optimized conditions is 8 % PVA mixed with 0.20% sodium alginate, 1:1.25 ratio of carrier solution to activated sludge, 3% activated carbon and 1.3% magnetic Fe3O4 in activated sludge, immobilizing in saturated boric acid solution and 2 % CaCl2 solution for 24 hour, and dipping in 1mol/L NaH2PO4 solution. The immobilized activated sludge magnetic pills have better gel strength and degradation ratio of COD in magnetic field, which is groundwork of industrial application.
