摘要
结合建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测工作的实践，对验收监测技术规范实施过程中进行环境和敏感点环境质量影响验证监测时有关监测时期、布点的合理性与科学性、污染物排放总量的核算以及编制建设项目环境保护验收监测技术规范总则的必要性等方面进行探讨，以保证竣工验收结论的科学、准确。
Combined with the completion of construction projects, environmental protection acceptance of the practice of monitoring and inspection on monitoring implementation of technical specifications and environmental point of sensitive environmental quality monitoring were discussed to verify the impact of the latest monitoring period, the allocation and pollutant emissions accounting as well as the report preparation for environmental protection acceptance of the general technical specifications in order to ensure the final acceptance of the project scientific and accurate.
