摘要
本期中华病理学杂志发表了由我国病理和临床医师组成的HER2指南编写组经过多次研讨会形成的2009版“乳腺癌HER2检测指南”和其他多篇相关的文章。HER2检测的主要方法包括免疫组织化学（IHC）、荧光原位杂交（FISH）和显色原位杂交（CISH）技术，这些技术也都广泛地用于其他分子标志物的检测。为什么惟独HER2检测得到临床和病理医师、患者和相关企业以及政府行政主管部门的高度重视呢？
