摘要
在口腔医学中存在着大量的生物力学问题,有限元法是对人体的力学行为进行数值模拟的一种有效工具,其在口腔生物力学中的应用越来越广泛。本文综述了有限元法在解决口腔生物力学问题中的研究进展,包括口腔正畸、口腔修复、口腔种植、口腔颌面外科等领域的力学性能评价。有限元法为研究口腔医学中的有关基础性问题、解决口腔医学中的临床实际问题、发展口腔临床技术手段提供了力学基础,为进一步研究口腔疾病治疗方法提供参考和借鉴。指出了有限元法在口腔生物力学中应用的不足以及三维模型重建和分析中需进一步改进和研究的问题。
Many biomechanics problems exist in dentistry in which finite element method (FEM) is a effective tool in numerical simulation of physical mechanical behavior applied in dental biomechanics widely and widely. This paper overviewed the research development of solving dental biomechanical problems by FEM, including evaluation of mechanical property in the fields of orthodontics, prosthodontics, implantodontics and maxillofaeial surgery. FEM provides the mechanical basis for investigating the relative fundamental issues, solving clinical problems in dentistry practice and developing clinical techniques of dentistry, and provides references for investigating treatment of oral diseases. This paper also pointed out the deficiency of FEM in the application of dental biomechanics and some problems to be concerned in reconstruction and analysis of three diamensions -model.
