摘要
树脂基纤维增强复合材料构件成型模具根据其材料可分为金属模和复合材料模,金属模利用数控加工方式制造,复合材料模利用过渡模铺帖成型,因其特殊的结构和工艺性,其设计过程和方法有别于普通的机械零件成型模具。本文分析了复合材料构件模具结构及现有设计存在的问题,采用数字化设计的方法和流程,解决了成型曲面的可加工性检测、成型曲面的整体偏置以及模具支架的参数化设计等关键技术,开发了相应的设计系统。
The resin matrix fiber-reinforced composite component mold can be divided into the metal mold and the composite mold based on its material. The metal mold can be manufactured by machining and the composite mold is formed by the transition mold. The design process and the design method are different from the general forming die of the mechanical part because of its special structures and manu-facturability. In this paper, the structure of the mold and the present design problem are analyzed. The digital design method and its process are used, and the key technologies are solved: checking of machin-ability for the molding surface, a holistic offset method of the molding surface and parametric design model of the mold support. Finally, a design system is developed based on the proposed methodologies.
