泽泻丹参汤对慢性盆腔炎大鼠免疫调节及自由基表达的影响 被引量:8

The Influence of Ze Xie and Dan Shan Root on the Immunity Regulation and the Expression of Radical in Mice with Chronic Pelvic Infection

摘要 目的探讨泽泻丹参汤对慢性盆腔炎大鼠免疫调节及自由基表达的影响。方法采用苯酚胶浆注入大鼠子宫内膜的方法建立慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型,以放免法、生化法分别测定大鼠血清IL-2、TNF与SOD、MDA的浓度变化。结果泽泻丹参汤组大鼠血清IL-2与SOD表达明显高于模型组(P<0.05),而血清TNF与MDA表达明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论泽泻丹参汤治疗慢性盆腔炎作用机制与其调节机体免疫功能和自由基代谢相关。 Objective To study into the influence of Ze Xie and Dan Shan root on the immunity regulation and the expression of radical in mice with chronic pelvic infection. Methods The model of mice with chronic pelvic infection was established by putting phenol in- to the endometrium of the mice. The density change of serum IL - 2, TNF, SOD and MDA of the mice was measure by the method of radiation immunity and the method of biochemistry. Results The expression of serum IL - 2 and SOD in Ze Xie and Dan Shan root group was obviously higher than that in the model group( P 〈 0.05) , while the expression of serum TNF and MDA obviously lower than the latter (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The function of Ze Xie and Dan Shan root' s treatment on chronic pelvic infection is concerned with its function of the regulation to the body' s immunity and the metabolism of radical.
