摘要
提出了双压共轨的概念,阐明了双压共轨系统(DPCRS)的结构组成和工作原理,建立了系统仿真模型,对系统的喷射特性进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明:双压共轨电控喷油系统能够实现基压可调以及基压、高压的灵活转换,可以实现更加灵活的喷油规律。通过仿真研究了喷射压力及喷油规律变化对喷射特性的影响,如贯穿度和喷射锥角。仿真结果得到了相关试验的证明。
A concept of dual pressure common rail system(DPCRS) was proposed. The configuration and working principle of DPCRS were introduced, then a program was built up to study the working characteristics of DPCRS. The simulated results show that DPCRS can realize more flexible fuel injection rate shaping easily, based on basic pressure adjustment and transfer between basic pressure(rail pressure) and high pressure(intensified pressure). The influence of injection pressure and injection rate shaping on the spray characteristics was investigated. At the same fuel injection quantity, the higher injection pressure the shorter injection duration, the longer penetration and the bigger spray cone angle. The simulated results were confirmed by experimental results.
