摘要
针对柴油机气缸套的热负荷问题,以救生艇用380直喷式柴油机为研究对象,建立气缸套温度场的数学模型和边界条件,使用FLUENT软件进行温度场的计算,获得标准工况下380柴油机气缸套的温度场分布。计算结果表明,等温线的分布是轴对称的,整个温度场分布是由上至下逐渐变低,其中顶面最高,中间冷却水处最低,上部温差沿轴向方向较大,下部温度分布比较均匀,缸套温度最高温度为513 K,位于缸套顶部内侧,热负荷不大。
For the thermal load problems of the diesel engine cylinder liner, the model of the cylinder liner was established to analyze the temperature field for the cylinder liner of 380 diesel engine. The temperature field calculated by FLU-ENT showed that the distribution of the isotherm lines is axial symmetry; the temperature distribution descends top-down gradually; the highest temperature is in the top of liner and the lowest temperature is in the side of the cooling water. Upper temperature difference along the axial direction is larger. Lower temperature difference is relatively less. The highest temperature throughout the cylinder liner is at the top of the inside. From the results, the temperature distribution in the cylinder liner is reasonable, and the thermal load isn't high, the maximum temperature is about 513 K.
