摘要
卫生人力资源需求预测是卫生人力规划中最重要、最复杂的方面之一。卫生人力资源需求预测的方法很多,各有优缺点,现对常用的5种基本方法的运用进行了比较分析。
The forecast of health human resources demand is the most important and one of the most complex aspects of health manpower planning projections. There are many methods in forecasting human resources demand, and each method has its own advantages and disadvan- tages. Five kinds of commonly used basic methods are comparatively analysised in this paper.
