氨力农对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血流动力学、血气分析、肺功能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究氨力农对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者肺动脉高压时血流动力学、血气分析和肺功能的作用。方法测定COPD患者肺动脉高压时静脉滴注氨力农治疗前后的超声心动图、血气分析和肺功能的变化。结果用氨力农治疗后,肺动脉压(PAP)比治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。心脏射血分数(EF)比治疗前有所增加(P>0.01)。而血气分析、血压、肺功能治疗前后无变化(P>0.05)。结论氨力农能降低COPD患者肺动脉高压,增加心脏射血分数。
