摘要
应用型本科院校既有别于"研究型"大学,也有别于"学术型"普通本科院校,体现为一种人才培养目标的类型结构。其培养目标是高素质技能型人才。为此,要求应用型本科院校的教师必须注重专业发展,明确角色定位:学生学习的辅导者、指导者和督导者;教学研究的探索者;知识、技能体系的多面手;教育技术和教学方法的创新者。
Application-oriented institutions are not only different from "research-oriented" universities, but also different from the ordinary "academic" undergraduate institutions, which is manifested by the target structure of personnel training. The institutions' goal is to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel. In this way, the requirements of application-oriented institutions must pay attention to the professional development of teachers, which refers specifically to the following roles: student counsellor, guider and supervisor, explorer of teaching and research, versatile innovator of knowledge and skill system, educational technology and teaching methods.
