摘要
加拿大职业教育有省(区)自治管理、学分制度灵活、课程设置具有综合性、灵活的课程模式、重视学生的社会实践及就业指导工作、以为所在社区服务为办学宗旨等特点。借鉴加拿大职业教育的成功经验,我们应转变教育观念,明确促进地方经济发展的办学宗旨,制订适合地方经济发展的教学计划,改革专业设置和教学内容,强调校企合作、行业参与,以提高我国职业教育质量。
Canada's vocational education is characterized by its regional autonomy, flexible credit system, comprehensive curriculum and varied course modes. Based on the philosophy of providing service for the surrounding community, it lays emphasis on student's social practice and job-consultation. To learn from the experience of Canada's vocational education, we ought to change the educational ideology, regard promoting regional economy as the educational objective, lay out the corresponding syllabus, restructure majors along with teaching content, attach importance to college-corporate cooperation, and invite professional participation so as to improve the quality of vocational colleges in China.
