摘要 高等师范院校开展顶岗支教实习是师范院校教育实践环节改革、探索人才培养模式的有益尝试.通过顶岗支教实习,师范生深入基层,了解农村,在实践能力、教学能力、组织能力等综合素质方面都得到了极大的提高,同时也磨练了意志,提升了文化素质、心理素质和职业道德素质.本文以重庆文理学院赴巫溪顶岗支教的实践为例阐述顶岗支教对大学生成长的重要作用. It is a useful attempt for the normal colleges and schools to carry out the practice of post - replacement to assist teaching, because it helps the reform of teaching practice in normal colleges and schools, and explores the model of personnel training. Through the practice of post - replacement to assist teaching, the normal students can go down to the grass -roots units, acquaint them with countryside, obtain the enormous enhancement in the comprehensive abilities of practice, teaching, organizing and etc, also simultaneously strengthen their willpower, promote their qualities of culture, mentality, professional ethics. This paper will illustrate the significance of the practice of post - replacement to assist teaching on colleges students based on the experience of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences.
