摘要
对人咽部正常菌群细菌抑制脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌A群、B群,溶血性链球菌甲型、乙型,肺炎链球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白喉棒状杆菌,百日咳杆菌生长进行了实验观察,结果显示对8种致病菌的生长都有抑制作用,其他菌株对8种致病菌的生长亦分别是部分抑制,表明人咽部正常菌群细菌对8种致病菌拮抗作用的多重性和非特异性。对25株人咽部正常菌群细胞的鉴定结果表明,有粪链球菌,孪生球菌、血链球菌、米勒链球菌,缓症链球菌,分别占32%,20%,16%,16%和4%,其中粪链球菌。
A study on the growth of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup A,B and Streptococcus hemolytisα,Streptococcus hemolytisβ,Streptococcus Pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Corynebacterium diphtheriac,Bardetella pertussis inhibited by normal throat at flora of healthy persons. Among 41 strains to inhibit the grouth of meningococci group A,5 strains possessed inhibitory ability to the growth of Nesseria meningitidis Strepticoccus hemolitisβ,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Corynebactenum diphtheriae,Bordetella pertussis.The others could inhibite a portion of pathogenic bacterium mentioned above.It indicutcd that inhibitory ability of normal flora on the growth of pathogenic bacterium was Versatility and unspecificity.The 25 strains among inhibitory strains were identified as streptococcus faecalis,Gemella,S. sanguis,S. milleri,S.mitis.It is first report that Streptococcus faecalis and gemella possessed inhibitory effect on the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
