摘要
目的:从生殖内分泌的角度探讨电针治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制。方法:以去势大鼠模型为实验对象,观察电针对去势大鼠子宫内膜厚度以及血清雌激素(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)的影响。结果:电针可使去势大鼠血清E2明显升高,LH及FSH有下降趋势,子宫内膜厚度明显升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论:电针对去势大鼠的调节作用与性腺轴有关。
Objective : The purpose of reproductive endocrinology from the perspective of eleetroacupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in rats. Methods: Ways to ovariectomized rat model for experimental observation of electroacupuncture on ovarieetomized rats with endometrial thickness and serum estrogen ( E2 ), luteinizing hormone (LH) , follicle - stimulating erythro- poietin ( FSH ) impact. Results : The results of electro - acupuncture could castration levels of serum E2 was significantly in- creased,LH and FSH are on a downward trend,increased endometrial thickness,compared with the model group were significantly different. Conclusion : Electroacupuncture on the regulating role of ovariectomized rats and on the gonadal axis.
