摘要
研究了热处理制度对TC21钛合金锻件显微组织及室温、高温力学性能的影响,并与目前我国大量使用的TC11热强钛合金的同类锻件作了对比试验。研究表明,常规锻造工艺生产的TC21钛合金锻件,随着固溶温度的升高,显微组织中初生α相含量降低,室温塑性也随之变差,但高温抗拉强度、高温持久性能等随之升高,高温塑性变化不明显。通过常规锻造工艺加上合理的热处理制度,可获得适于高温环境使用的综合性能优异的TC21钛合金锻件。
The effects of heat treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC21 titanium alloy forgings were investigated and discussed, and contrast tests on high temperature mechanical properties between TC21 alloy and TCll alloy, which is widely used at present, were carried out. The results showed that the amount of primary α phase and the plasticity of TC21 microstructures decreased with the increase of solution treatment temperature. Yet the high-temperature tensile strength and high permanence property increased, and the high-temperature plasticity had no obvious change. By conventional forging process with reasonable heat treatment schedules, the integrated TC21 titanium forgings are suitable for high temperature environment.
