摘要
分析了自升式钻井平台方案设计阶段结构体系及设计流程。针对自升式钻井平台方案设计的具体情况,将系统工程的理论和方法用于其方案设计过程,提出了方案设计的系统分析步骤。根据霍尔三维结构模型,结合平台方案设计系统的任务特点,提出了平台方案设计系统三维结构模型,用于指导自升式钻井平台方案设计的实现。将该方法应用于300英尺作业水深的自升式钻井平台的方案设计中,验证了该方法的有效性。
In this research the design process and main content in each design stage of self-elevating drilling unit are analysed. According to the specific circumstances of scheme design of the self-elevating drilling unit, it is regarded as a large-scale system and treated with systems engineering theories and methods. The process in designing self-elevating drilling unit has been analyzed by the way of system analysis, in which the steps have been advanced. Besides,in accordance with the Hall's three dimensional structural model combined with the traits of scheme design in drilling unit, a three-dimensional structural model system in drilling unit is formed for guiding and realizing this scheme design. At last, the 300ft water depth self-elevating drilling unit scheme design for Liao He equation ltd. was implemented with this method, and feasibility of the model system is proved.
