摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及实验法对我校健美操选项班的学生进行开放式教学研究,通过分析实验班与对照班学生自编操情况,研究开放式教学对学生综合能力的培养。
This paper used the optimistic teaching methods to study the students in calisthenics lessons with the aid of literature material law, questionnaire survey law, interview method and experimentation, this paper studied the cultivation of students' ability through optimistic teaching through the analysis on the self - composed calisthenics comparison between the experiment class and comparison class.
