摘要
需要理论是美国人本主义心理学家马斯洛提出来的重要理论,可以对当代大学生的不良就业观念进行全景式探析,并在其指导下,培养符合大学生自身特点的科学就业观。
Maslow, the American psychologist, suggested an important theory which is now called Maslow＇s Hierarchy of Needs. This theory can help us comprehensively analyze the practices which are destructive to their future employment of college students. Under the guidance of this theory, college students may be fully trained and prepared for future employment.
