摘要
目的：不适合手术治疗的中晚期食管癌，联合化疗全身用药加局部照射可提高其疗效。方法：对１２０例不能手术切除的中晚期食管癌患者随机分为化疗加放疗组和单纯放疗组，各为６０例。两组照射方法相同ＤＴ５０￣７０ＧＹ／５－７周。化疗使用ＦＤ方案，化疗在放疗前后各行一次。结果：１、２、３年生存率，化疗加放疗组为７０．０％，５３．３％，３１．７％。单纯放疗组为４６．７％，３６．７％，２０．０％。两组１、２。
To treat the patients of middle and late stage of esophageal cancer who could not be treated surgically with combined chemotherapy assisted by local irradiation so as to improre the therapeutic effect.Method:120 cases of middle and late stage of esophageal cancer who could not be treated surgically were randomly divided into chemo-and radio-therapy group and simple radiotherapy group ,60 cases in each group.The irradiation method was the same in each group:DT 50～70GY/5-7 weeks.Chemotherapy was administered pre-and post-radiotherapy with FD plan.Results:1,2,3 year survival rates were 70.7%, 53.3,31.7% respectively in chemo-and radio-therapy group;46.7%,36.7% and 20.0% in simple radiotherapy group.There as significant difference of 1,2,3,year survival rates between the two group (P<0.05);2 year survival rate in chemo-and radio-thrapy group was significantly higher than that of simple radiotherapy group.
