It commences on aspect of project construction supervision company,gets theory and practical discussion on confirming and controlling of the project changing cost in the project implementation stage,accords to effective control on project changing,based on method of project changing＇s provides and confirms changing cost＇s calculation and auditing,paying and checking gets reasonable confirm on project changing cost,so as to realize management aim of reasonable confirming and effective controlling changing cost.
