利用数据挖掘方法对肺癌中医药治疗特点的初步研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的:基于无尺度网络分析等数据挖掘方法,研究肺癌中医药治疗的特点;探索利用结构化临床信息数据库和数据挖掘方法进行肺癌中医药治疗规律研究的可行性和模式。方法:通过肺癌结构化临床信息采集系统,采集了2002~2008年广安门医院肿瘤科的肺癌住院病例,运用无尺度网络等数据挖掘方法,从中药的功效、种类、剂量、配伍关系等方面,探讨肺癌中医证候特征及治疗特点。结果:通过对204例肺癌住院病例的分析总结,发现肺癌多采用以扶正为主的方剂,四君子汤使用频次最多;组方时,补虚药居于首位,且以益气养阴药为主,其次是化痰药、清热药、利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药、理气药和消食药;在不同治疗阶段,随着正邪关系的变化,中医处方的用药原则和扶正驱邪比例随之相应的变化。结论:肺癌中医治疗以扶正培本为主要原则;在临床诊疗规范化基础上,合理采用数据库和数据挖掘技术与方法,研究肺癌中医药治疗规律是可行的。 This work aimed to study the characteristics of lung cancer treatment by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based on data mining,such as free-scale networks and tried to explore the feasibility and pattern of applying structured clinical database of lung cancer as well as data mining in studying the discipline of TCM treatment. Hospitalized Case history information from 2002 to 2008 was collected from the Oncology Department of Guang'anmen Hospital with the clinical information collection system. The syndrome and therapeutic characteristics were approached by data mining in several aspects, such as effects, classification, dosage, compatibility, and so on. The analysis result of 204 lung cancer cases showed that to strengthen the body resistance would be the main principle. "SIJUNZI" soup may serve as the most frequently used and core prescription, with deficiency-nourishing herbs, especially Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing drugs taking the first place in the prescription, while the herbs with the functions of "eliminating phlegm", "reducing fever", "eliminating dampness", " invigorate blood circulation" , etc. taking the second place. The discipline of TCM prescription, Chinese medicine compatibility and interplay of Fuzheng-Quxie remedy would vary ,~ith the change of Zheng-qi and Xie-qi in different therapeutic stages. The results showed that the discipline of "FUZHENGPEIBEN" may be the main treatment principle for lung cancer patients. On the basis of TCM standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment,it would be feasible to rationally use datebases and data mining in TCM research.
