摘要 PVC生产废水成分复杂,主要污染物为COD、硫化物、氯乙烯单体、PVC及其它有机溶剂。该废水可生化性差,具有较高的生物毒性。目前国内采用的PVC生产废水处理工艺,不能使处理后的出水稳定达标;试验采用Fenton试剂处理PVC生产废水,探讨了影响Fenton试剂处理效果的主要因素,并利用试验研究成果指导工程设计,工程运行表明出水稳定达标排放。给PVC生产废水处理提供了一种新的途径。 Because of the complicated pollutant components mainly including: COD, sulfide, chloroethylene monomer, PVC and some other organic solvent, the wastewater from PVC production was characterized by poor biodegradability and high biological toxicity. Those PVC wastewater treatment processes currently used in China can't ensure the effluent quality meet the discharge standard steadily. Fenton reagent was used to treat PVC wastewater. The main factors which influence the treatment effect were discussed. After the treatment by the engineering designed according to the test achievement, the effluent quality was stable and met the discharge standard. The test provided a new technique for PVC wastewater treatment.
