摘要
目的:探讨胆汁制黑大豆对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及肾的影响。方法:用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,将胆汁制黑大豆采用先醇提后酸提的方法提取,分高、中、低剂量组,观察给药10天后小鼠血糖、血脂及肾脏组织的变化。结果:高剂量组小鼠的血糖值和血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯明显降低,与模型组比较有显著的统计学差异;高剂量组小鼠肾脏病理切片显示有一定的保护作用。结论:胆汁制黑大豆有降血糖和调节血脂的作用并对糖尿病小鼠的肾组织有一定的保护作用。
objective: To study the effects of blacksoyabean prepared by bile on glycemia, lipidemia and the kindney in Diabetia Rat. Method : The pathologic models were prepared by alloxanate, the blacksoyabean preparaed by bile were extracted with ethanol and dilute acid, and divide into high, middle and low doses groups. After 10 days treatment, observed the changes of glycemia, lipidemia; and kindneys, organization structure. Results: The high dose group, compared with the models, there was a significant decrease in blood glucose and level of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, and the pathological sections suggested it had the protective effect. Conclusion: The blacksoyabean prepared by bile can regulate blood glucose, blood lipids and has the protective effect on the kindney.
