摘要
桡神经损伤后，其临床表现较为复杂，且假象较多。为了能够准确地判断其损伤部位，更好地指导临床工作，在大量临床经验的基础上，从运动学、神经解剖学的角度，分析了桡神经损伤在不同部位所产生的不同表现，阐述了桡神经损伤体征的理论依据，总结出了桡神经损伤后在腋部、臂部和肘部所产生的三垂征、二垂征、一垂征。纠正了部分文献资料中关于桡神经损伤后“拇指不能外展”的错误提法，认为应将其描述为“拇指不能伸展”较为确切。
Radial nerve injury has very complex clinical manifestations and many artifacts. In order to accurately judge the injury site and offer a better guideline to the clinical work, the authors, on the basis of much clinical experience and from the kinesiological and neuroanatomical point, analysed the different manifestations resulted from different sites of radial nerve injury, set forth the theoretic basis of the signs of radial nerve injury, and summed up 3drop, 2drop and 1drop signs caused by the injury located in the axilla, arm and elbow. The mistake point was corrected of “no extension of the thumb” following radial nerve injury reported in some of the literature, a correct interpretation was given for “no extension of the thumb”, and a scientific basis was provided for the level diagnosis of radial nerve injury.
